Housing Prices: Up, Up and Away

San Diego is a really great city to live -- if you can afford it. And if you're hoping to buy a home in the area, you're going to be in for sticker shock, if you aren't already. Heck, I own my own modest home -- which I bought 10 years ago at the bottom of the market -- and I'm in total shock at the runaway housing prices. Is it worth it?
