Street Scene Turns 20

It's hard to believe, but Street Scene wasn't always the huge multi-day, multi-city block music festival that it is today. Dubbed "California's Largest Music Festival," Street Scene is celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, but back in 1984 you would have never thought the music fest would become an annual event.
