Haunted in San Diego

Monday October 20, 2003
It seems like Halloween, at least in San Diego, has turned into yet another excuse for adults to get drunk and act silly. Now, I don't have any problem with that concept per se, but to me, Halloween has always been about being a kid and going trick-or-treating and dressing up like monsters and getting spooked. It isn't about French Maid outfits and partying in a bar. But hey, that's just me. In any event, if you find that you're too old to trick-or-treat or the bar scene just doesn't cut it for you, I have a few suggestions for Halloween in San Diego that just might be the scare you're craving!
