Firestorm Continues Throughout San Diego
Tuesday October 28, 2003
The ferocious wildfires continue to rage through San Diego County, heading east and north into the backcountry areas of the county. Although weather conditions have improved, firefighters are battling exhaustion. The three major fires, Cedar, Paradise and Otay, have scorched over 300,000 acres in three days and destroyed hundreds of homes. The San Diego/Imperial Counties American Red Cross are asking for donations to help fire victims.
