Designer Vern Yip Comes To San Diego

Ever since Vern Yip left the TLC show "Trading Spaces," I've steadily lost interest in the program over the years. Not that any of the other show's designers are bad (well, OK, Hildy), but Vern not only has great and tasteful design sense, but he also has a warm personality. And unlike some of the other "Trading Spaces" designers, he was never condescending to the homeowners. Which is why he was a show favorite - and which is why in part the show's ratings have steadily declined. Vern will be in San Diego Feb. 25-27 with appearances at the San Diego Interior Design & Landscape Expo, giving presentations on each day on his unique vision to interior design.
