30th Annual Pacific Beach Block Party Hits The Streets May 14

Saturday May 7, 2005
Now, if every day - or night - is a party in Pacific Beach, then what would a block party in P.B. be like? If you want to find out, then check out the Pacific Beach Block Party, Saturday, May 14 from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The 30th edition of the food, music, crafts fest is a bit larger than a "block" party - more like running the length of Garnet Avenue, from Ingraham Street west to Mission Blvd. And every block in between will have something for everyone, with 6 outdoor music stages, 500 unique arts and crafts, 75 food vendors and a kids zone for the youngersters. It's a huge party (we're talking tens of thousands of people) and all the proceeds help out Pacific Beach community groups. For all the details about the Pacific Beach Block Party, check out their official site.
