It's the Dawg Days of Summer

The Padres might be tearin' up the National League West right now as they sit atop the division and are playing great ball. But they're not the only game in town when it comes to pro baseball. Nope. Because now we have the minor league San Diego Surf Dawgs, part of the unaffiliated Golden Baseball League. Even better, they feature the talents of fan favorite and future Hall of Famer Rickey Henderson. So, if you've got a hankering for watching baseball for the love if the game in an intimate setting (SDSU's Tony Gwynn Stadium), you might want to check out the Surf Dawgs.
