It's Flu Season. Be Prepared

With all this near-hysteric media coverage about the possible avian flu pandemic, we might be forgetting that the "regular ol' flu" will be among us soon. So, it is a good idea to make plans for a flu shot if you are in an at-risk group, or if you just want to be immunized.
