San Diego's Best and Worst Neighborhoods to Buy Homes, Says Forbes

We've all known San Diego is an incredibly desirous place to live (which is why we live here, right?). But we also know how incredibly expensive it is to live here, and especially to buy a home. But which areas of San Diego make for the best buys - or worst buys? According to Forbes.com, San Diego ranks #13 on both their Best and Worst Neighborhoods to buy a home - it uses zip code appreciation and depreciation as the benchmarks, with mid-city (92102) as the best buy and Del Cerro (92120) as worst buy in San Diego.
