Pain at the Pump: San Diego Gas Prices Skyrocket

It has become as certain as death and taxes: gas prices in San Diego will rise higher this time of year, and higher than everyone else. I filled my tank today at a local Chevron station and paid $3.31 per gallon for premium grade fuel (OK, I have a pickup truck, but nevertheless). Yikes! I truly can't remember paying this high for gas, and even regular grade in most parts of San Diego are going for $3 bucks and up. So, what can you do? Cut back on food?
