With the popularity of TV shows like "The Singing Bee," you're reminded of the activity that is all-inclusive, regardless of level of talent: karaoke. Yes, this long-scorned or long-loved social activity is such a fixture in many a bar, that it's as common as neon beer signs and pool tables. Here are San Diego's Top karaoke bars.

TOO COOL FOR KARAOKE, the newest karaoke night in town is the most different anywhere! The best? Probably. Here’s the deal: good songs and plenty of ‘em, badd songs you have to pay to sing and half the money goes to charity, nightly contests, voting to promote, demote and ban songs and a million other ideas yer gonna love. It’s definitely not for everyone but it’s a godsend to those that appreciate it. Tuesdays at U31 (3112 University Ave in North Park) starting March 18th with an Isle Of The 80’s contest and our first big election night. We’d love to see you…..
