Del Mar Soccer Star Headed to the Olympics

San Diego native Rachel Buehler will be heading to the Olympics with the defending Gold Medalist U.S. Women's National Soccer Team. Buehler, who recently graduated from Stanford with a slew of awards and achievements, will be competing in her first Olympics. Fans can follow Buehler and the U.S. team in Beijing, as all three matches with be broadcast either on television or on the internet at NBC's Olympics website.

On Aug. 6, two days before the Games' Opening Ceremonies, the U.S. will play against Norway at 4:45 a.m. PST. at the Olympic Sports Center Stadium in Qinhuangdao. The match will be broadcast live on the internet at nbcolympics.com.
