2009 San Diego Gay Pride Parade and Festival Marches On, July 18-19

Sunday July 5, 2009
Let's see, in the coming week or two we have the opening of the Del Mar Races, the concluding weekend of the Over-The-Line tournament, the massive Comic-Con International, and the San Diego Gay Pride Parade and Festival. Man, if you still can't find something to do in July here in San Diego, then I don't know what to tell you! This two day Pride Festival in Balboa Park has become one of California's premier Pride events, and is San Diego's largest civic event, and this year's main events, the annual parade and festival in Balboa Park, take place July 18-19. Read about the San Diego Pride Festival right here.

“The entire community embraces Gay Pride?” Do you mean Hillcrest, San Diego County as a whole entity (including the conservative military folks, evangelicals, Catholics and others who elect Republicans like Duncan Hunter et al to office year after year? That’s a bit of a stretch.

I believe they need to get back into the closet where they belong. This parade of perverts should not be allowed in public.

This is a good example of how our society’s moral values are disintegrating driven by the quest for “diversity”.

What’s next. Pedophile parade where they give free candy to children?

Wow, the bogots are out in force, with their smears and lies.

For the record, a narrow majority of San Diego city residents are opposed to gay marriage, but most support somestic partnership and believe they contribute to the community positively. Which they do.

Flail dinosaurs, you will be extinct soon.

Extinction will occur when lack of reproduction happens. Go ahead and enjoy your parades now. People will eventually get fed up with your agenda and emptiness.

Extinction will occur? Steewwwwwpid! FYI: gays are in products of and are in straight families, like it or not. It’s just youR foolishness and hate that is going extinct. 16th century mentality can’t exist in the in the 21st. Shouldn’t you be in a cave with the Taliban?

People really need to learn to embrace diversity. Like it or not gay and transgender people are everywhere. Even throughout history there have been gay people. They are not going away, deal with it.
People need to open up their eyes to reality and stop hating that is what our nation supposedly is against, prejudice. If you dont approve, just don’t go to Pride but dont make rude remarks about others homosexuality. RESPECT.

Wow, there are some real hateful people in San Diego. Funny that these “straight” males don’t mind talking about things like anal sex with women, wives or prostitutes but they sure have nothing but venom to spit at gay men! What’s the difference? Guys today I think are just threatened by the fact they can’t seem to have a relationship and more women than ever end up with other women. truth is it isn’t all about sex but some people just don’t get it.
