Keep Cool at the Coolest San Diego Beaches

Man, it's been hot lately. After a pretty cool summer so far, the heat has hit San Diego full force. But it is July, after all, which means prime beach going weather. But where to go when you want to keep cool and maybe be among the cool crowd, too? Well, that depends on what might constitute "cool."
Does a cool beach mean a great spot for surfing? Or someplace more family friendly? Or a place to show off your body? Luckily, the San Diego coastline has a beach to suit everyone's tastes. And each one has its own special traits to make it a favorite of someone out there.
