Park View Comes From Behind to Win 11-10, Moves on to World Series U.S. Finals
They had to come from behind this time, but apparently Chula Vista Park View just aren't ready to leave the Little League World Series torunament just yet. Falling behind 10-5 after four innings, Park View scrapped back against Warner Robins, GA, to tie it up at 10-10 after Andy Rios knocked a two-run home run in the fifth inning. They won the game in the bottom of the sixth when Nick Conlin scored on a wild pitch.
Park View will face San Antonio at noon (PDT) Saturday in the U.S. championship game. If they win, they will face the winner of Mexico vs. Taiwan for the Little League World Series championship game on Sunday.
