Stone Brewing may have a reputation for fine craft brews, but its World Bistro & Gardens in Escondido is making noise for its fine cuisine. Their occasional Fresh Dinner events are conducted to make a case for their food. On Tuesday, Oct. 26, celebrate the beauty and flavor of our local farms and as they show you just how tasty dinner can be when taken straight from the farm to the table.
All of the evening's fare is prepared from ingredients that are harvested, gathered, and caught that very morning. Due to the unpredictable nature of truly natural farming, the menu is still unknown, but rest assured that Chef Alex Carballo and the talented Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens crew will come up with something creative, unexpected, and delicious.
The cost of the dinner is $55 and covers tax and gratuity. It also a delicious Stone beer poured directly from one of the brewery's fermenter tanks
(additional beverages may be purchased separately).
