Executive Chef Brian Malarkey is whipping up a Pre Fix Menu worthy of ringing in the New Year, priced at $85 per person. Choose between eight appetizer options, four soup and salad choices and eight main
courses, not to mention decadent desserts. Highlight starters include Tempura Dipped "Wild" Mexican White Prawn, Maryland Blue Crab Cake, and Spanish Toro Tuna Sashimi. Main dish highlights include Local Spiny Lobster Thermodore, Hawaiian "Line Caught" Swordfish "Oscar" and Herb Rubbed Prime Hamilton Filet Mignon.

Mixologist, Ian Ward, will be shaking up festive cocktails. Thanks to his
house-infused liquors, guests will be able to sip their favorite seasonal flavors (think peppermint, cinnamon, egg nog, nutmeg). Executive Chef Ryan Johnston will be creating dishes with the freshest seasonal ingredients, incorporating winter's best into the menu.
